    Mine have pigs on them :D (socks not wellies :eek:).

    i still can't have wellies, one day i will have them again.

    Cheery you sound like my sister, one summer when we were kids she refused to take her red wellies off, she even ended up at the beach with them whilst wearing her swimming cossie. :) my neice lived in hers last summer as well.

    He would if I asked nicely (and probably if I didn't wear much else :rotfl:) I always used to take new shoes to be with me as a kid (although mum drew the line at me actually wearing them) - we didn't get new shoes very often so they were a complete novelty! :D

    Pippi - do you remember sending me a pair of gorgeous, fabulicious stripey socks a while back to replace my defunct "lucky" socks?

    Well, I am happy to say your replacements are also lucky :):);) I'm just back from the most amazing evening with a gorgeous, lovely man I met yesterday and went out to dinner with tonight and I'm sure the socks played a part - well, they helped keep my knee high boots up at least :rotfl::rotfl:

    (and I'm seeing him again tomorrow afternoon!! Wonder if I've got time to wash and dry the socks by then :beer:)
    Right - must go to sleep! Just wanted to say thank you again for the socks - and I lurve those yellow wellies.
