se99 nice to see you on here and welcome! - um living the nightmare maybe dunno about the dreamthank you - I guess in some ways - we're very lucky - and I know what you mean about living far away from OH - its a sacrifice but for my kids this is the best place to be - for work - hmm not great! Off to checkhaving a break - slowly getting there - mouse bites indeed.
Took a walk down the track - trying to find what to be grateful for - counted 97 orchids from the top of the road to the house - that cheered me up. Hens in their enclosure - that cheered me up too (good old face book works see!) and then opened washing machine and found a tenner all nice and soggy! Yippee.
Taking a break does in fact cheer you up!!!

Hello everyone, onions finally posted sorry for delay. Hope everyone is ok. My freezer is bursting at the seams, will need to start using things up. Made meatballs with tomato, olive and onion fusilli but made too much, will it be ok to freeze?

I have found cooked Pasta OK to freeze as long as it has enough sauce, if there isn't a lot of sauce I usually eat it the next day for lunch.:j Proud Member of Mike's Mob :j0
