That's the main plan! Plants rather than seeds - but I'm going to do both.

Love your seed list Pippi! I have to sort through my seeds too...got more this past week from Simpsonsseeds...ace for toms and chillies. Just waiting for the pile from RHS, then I should be done for the year...she says!!!
I rather like the idea of growing seedling to sell on t'web...have you done it before??
I have a couple of new electric propagators I got for my Xmas (darling DH, with guidance from me!). One is a windowsill one with seven small trays and covers; and the other is a heat mat, already in service on the top of the sideboard in my conservatory keeping last years chillies warm. I picked the last of last year's Numex Twighlight chilles and pruned the plants a bit (and cleaned off the white -fly ) yesterday and they are looking great. The three Friars Hat plants are faring variably. One is already sprouting new leaves, and another is looking hopeful, not sure if the third wil survive though...seems to have a good bit of die-back, which I have now got rid of...not much plant left now!Still, I can always sow more!!
Off out to get some new seed compost tomorrow, so plan on getting some seeds sown this week...getting excited! How do you get on with the coir jiffy pellets, and where do you get yours from? I did use the peat-based ones , but stopped many, many years ago.
Oh dear, far too many questions...sorry! Just thinking it would be an idea to grow plants to sell this year. I sold a few of my left-over peppers, chillies and tomatoes last year at a car boot quite successfully. (I had grown extra for friends who had hoped to move into a new house which had a greenhouse, but the sale fell through, and I had loads of plants!!).
Right, off to tyoe up the stock-take of the freezers and the next two weeks meal plans...trying to get organized this month!

Your plan sounds pretty well thought out to me Pips - the eco-friendly thing is something you ought to be able to really capitalise on I reckon - the majority of people who would be likely customers are going to apreciate how good that sort of thing is, and I would also say you could make much of the fact that your plants will be coming from a nurturing loving household rather than a big commercial enterprise.
Thanks to Trog for the mention of Square Foot gardening too - I think we now know how we are best going to manage growing anything on our pocket-handkerchief! Really excited about the idea of being able to potentially get so much stuff into the small space too! :j🎉 MORTGAGE FREE (First time!) 30/09/2016 🎉 And now we go again…New mortgage taken 01/09/23 🏡

Oh Pippi, sorry to hear about the illness of your friend, I would definitely recommend talking to the doctor/friend's doctor before travelling. My mum has a dodgy immune system and I'm not allowed anywhere near her when I have a sniffle as she always catches my bugs.......ended up in intensive care once
Sending healing thoughts for you both xx0 -
So sorry to hear the news Pippi, I hope the friend can be treated, sending positive thoughts your way.0
