No worries - hope you're OK - and had alot of fun yesterday on your first offical phd free weekend!!

I've still not sorted a parcel to you for hat etc left here :) will do I promise - got a note from CL saying you should have your mag now? Hope so - how very cheery indeed!

Plans for today? I've pesky chapter to finish to hand in for Tues - do a bit of that later and a walk to be had cos its sunny.

:D:D:D Yep, thats me :rotfl: also me with lemsip, and feeling the snivels will never leave, sadly. Or come back again straight away. I'm a bit more human today already, actually, and have cancellations tomorrow, so I have a bit longer to get well. So much of the house is filthy now, tho at least its my dust and whatnot, not the stuff of the people I bought it from :rotfl:

The camper van bit sounds lovely :j and I finally think I've found a way I can plant seeds - to sow on or to eat as shoots - in the house .... bring it on (when I'm well - I'm still just hanging out, really :o)

Hiya :hello: its nothing that everyone else who grows stuff hasn't done before:
    1. Kitchen windowsill - there's no blind up at the moment - I want one, but am prepared to compromise by only having it ever halfway down - the lovely thing is, there are no lights to be seen at all from my kitchen window - if someone was in their garden in the dark, they could see in, but that won't be often :D so there's quite a bit could go there. Not very much hot water will splash onto them because I have dishywishy2 now :j
    2. Living room windowsill - for little ones anyway. There's a wooden Venetian blind up there, and I won't be getting curtains, I don't think - so no curtains to get stained by the water from plants (which happened in the old place).
    3. Office windowsill - same outlook as the kitchen, tho it is slightly overlooked by other people's bedrooms. Since the only view into the house is of me sitting at a desk, however, I don't have a problem. And it has the same high quality Venetian blinds as the living room, so they can be lowered halfway, at least, if I want some privacy.

I really want to sprout seeds, and do cut and come again plants like lettuce and whatnot.

Nothing at the mo tho - still getting over lurgy ....

Keep smiling Pippi, what's happened to the tunnel? I thought it was coming a little while back? Hope you are still going to be able to get it and get growing. To my shame, I've not even started sweeping up leaves in the garden.....I'm so lazy :(
