I wonder if they do chains like what you can have on cars, that would help
Luckily I live in Southampton so dont tend to get much snow but last years ice made me housebound. I am lucky as I have a carer who can do my running about, shopping etc.

Really hope you make it to your hospital appointment,
Ive got the same worry next week....Ive got 3 to try sort out. 2 with hearing and balance physios - I could cancel if I really had to..... but one is with my neurosurgeon at Pinderfields and really very important a 1 1/2 hour each way drive in good weather
Best be leaving real early for that one I reckon :eek:
