No advice here but wanted to say good luck, you are clearly the sort of person who should be given something.
Keep it up and I’m sure somebody will recognize what a good employee you’ll be

Finding a job is very hard as I was out of work for a few months after graduation... I got 13 interviews (mostly retail and low level jobbs) and failed them!
Thats why it boggles the mind and sometimes irritates me a little to know a lot of people I know have the luxury to just live at their parents home and only apply for jobs they want. Not eveyrone, but a lot of my friends are in this situation, but its their life not mine!
I hate my job but I am doing it, I hope to find something new in the year though, I wonder how the job market has changed since 2009 when I last looked, as it wasq terrible back then.0 -

Not whilst there are adverts in the papers, I get emailed 40+ daily (even though I live in rural county) and the jobcentres and employment agencies have tons advertised.
Its quite easy to get a job if you're not fussy about what you do and how much you earn.0 -

Just out of interest, then, are you working at the moment?0 -

Each advert in the paper will have dozens of applicants, only one of which will actually get that job.
Who is e-mailing these 40+ jobs to you every day and what kind of jobs are they?0 -
It's incredibly difficult to get a job at the moment, I was unemployed for 8 months and was applying for McD's, cleaning jobs, everything really. I must have applied for about 800 jobs in those months and barely even had a response. I'm working now, on a temporary contract for a year but hoping they will keep me on afterwards, or I can go for another job in the same company. It really annoys me when people say "just get a job" - well-presented, well-spoken, well-educated people get turned down because of the sheer volume of applicants per job, there is so many that even being spotted turns into a game of luck. Good luck to you OP, hopefully something will come up for you soon!0
