    there was another thread running parallel about site running slow and my missing post was on that :o i open coupl of pages and with multitasking often post on the wrong threads - sorry for confusion

    Webby - you probably know this , but just in case.
    The speed was normal around 8.30 to 9.30 am when people were going to work/doing the school run.
    It slowed down a bit after that.
    It's now slowed right down - people are on their lunch break and logging on.

    Its gone slow again 2nd day running now, at peak times its really no good using this site anymore

    Cant you restrict none registered people currently roughly its 7:1 ratio of none registered this is having a profound impact on registered users now

    Please get this site running smoothly as no one is benefiting for using this site properly
