And to answer your question about how did i find out his bidding, if you do an advanced search (under normal search top right of main ebay screen) On the left had side is an option to "search by bidder" click on this and it gives you a box to put their user id in. hey presto :)

Please get in touch as soon as possible or I have to get ebay involved as
    this is fraud.
    Thanks Ken

He accused you of fraud in his first contact..Nice!

Perhaps you should remind him about fraud.
OH nearly bought a motorbike from a 'bedridden' man once.
He seemed perfectly fit on the day OH went to see it and was really suprised when OH said he would test drive it first (he didn't buy it) .

I think he probably tells everyone he is bedridden as they are far less likely to leave him a neg.
On one of his old feedback replies he states no contact due to house move , on another he was on holiday .
If he buys broken things habitually ,I wonder how often he is refunded without return because the item 'could't be mended' afterall.
Sounds like he is a compulsive liar.

Oh my! Having read this, this guy is clearly such a deluded poor con artist.

Anyway, ebay rules are clear - no return, no refund.

And don't forget in his feedback: "Wanted refund without returning item. Son claimed buyer in hospital yet buyer still bidding on items. AVOID!"
It's BOUGHT (to Buy), not BROUGHT (to bring) AND you cannot be frauded, only DEfrauded.

Please do not buy animals from a pet store. Visit your local sanctuary or centre and give a good home to an unloved or abandoned animal.

This is a hoot! Certainly no refund now!! And your reply to his neg (when it comes) will need some very careful thought to keep it witty!!

I know I've learnt one this this last couple of weeks, DON'T FEEDBACK UNTIL THEY GIVE YOU SOME. I was daft enough to feedback before all this started. I wonder if he waited until I left feedback to start all this nonsense?

I've always said the NHS was a wonderful institution. The medical advances they've made over the last week is amazing

I think I'll leave it to all you MSE guys (and girls) to come up with some suggestions when the inevitable comes. :rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

This is far better than having to do any work
