  • Good afternoon.

Well this is only the 3rd time this week I am posting. I just don't get round to it.

This weekend has been pretty rubbish. I amtrying to work out money until Christmas and have realised that for this coming week I hardly have any left. So I am going to have to live off my rations (lucky that I am a food hoarder) and just try to use the least amount of electric as possible (pre payment). My heating is all electric apart from an open fire but I don't have any wood left to burn. It's ok when DD is at school, I don't mind wrapping up and sitting in the cold but when she is here I need to have the heating on. At least in one room.

Well I hope I will last until next Tuesday.

  • flying in my house has been a wash out this week just gone. i dont know why but ive had no get up and go. been out today went to see harry potter and then had frankie and bennies so yum! now sat here with a bottle of wine since this is the 1st week ive been heavy duty painkiller free so having a little glass or few.

tomorrow i will not be venturing further than the end of the road as i need to get some cash to pay for my ironing drop off tomorrow and will also get a loaf of bread if there is any left!

its going to be a housework catch up day, ive still got to shove my suitcases into the loft and close the loft hatch and then put a few more bits away in my room and then it WILL just be maintenance.

snow is a nightmare round my end of durham, its still very very cold and chilly like most of you and glad i dont need to venture out till tuesday afternoon in the car now.

Boddy ((hugs)) always emotional sorting things out
Moam hope you feel better soon

DS2 collected, out of the few camp helpers just one car needed pulling out and another a push so that wasn't too bad. Snowed on the way home which was a bit of a pest. Ds2 exhausted so had a tiny sleep in the car, fed some food and now in the bath. Trying to keep him up a little longer if possible without him driving me totally insane. DP is in ar*e hole of a mood, so I'm upstairs avoiding him throwing things. Such a moaning **** at times he really is. Moaning about how untidy the house is downstairs - well if he could be bothered to move half the garage he has in the dining area I might have a hope of sorting it! Pah he's been told where to shove his stinking attitude anyway and I've not made dinner, I'll have a sandwich

Bit of a manic week if nothing gets cancelled next week so I'll be in as much as I can
One day I might be more organised...........

once again thanks to those flyladies who, through their own activity, prompted me to join quidco.

not only have I dropped over a tenner on both my utility direct debits - that's £20 a month BUT I have cashback too!

Special mention to our glorious leader...

AND I have a casserole ready for tomorrow's tea for the Vallikids...

    Gotno

can you not go 'wombling' for wood?
where I do the river clean there are loads of branches on the side (that we chuck out) mind you they'll need drying.
