Look for storage boxes for OHs records

As I did my second record fair on Sunday (second one in Birmingham, anyway:D) the choice of the other traders was as follows:
LP size very heavy card boxes with lids: I think they also manufacture single size and comics size. Disadvantage: they may be shiny card but they're still card!
Some went for Really Useful Boxes which are plastic, lidded and quite solid. And the boxes stack without putting pressure on the records. Disadvantage: can be heavy when full.

I suppose first question is: where are the boxes going to be stored once full? Anywhere possibly dusty or damp? How often do they need to be accessed? Do they need to be stacked? If yes, think of the weight of just 2 boxes of records together.
And finally, what's your budget? It may be worth trying specialist deejay shops because their kit is designed to be tougher.
    Hope this helps!

He has a wind up gramophone so it is to store his 78s. I had a look online yesterday but they either seem flimsy or expensive. At the moment we don't really have enough storage but I would like to keep near the gramophone, once the mechanism has been fixed we can play them then. I haven't really got a budget as I didn't know how expensive they were. At the moment they are cluttering the bed and COD in the ROD and I can't do much in there until I can move them away. I am going to pop into town and have a look at plastic boxes, once they are in position they won't be moved so it won't matter about weight for now.

I started flagging towards the end of my HHC but have a couple more things crossed off, even if they weren't done as thoroughly as I wanted!

    My list for this week

Anything in bold from Pigpen's list
    Take stuff to charity shop
[STRIKE]Put stuff away that needs vacuum packing[/STRIKE]

We are not married so maybe not, even though we have been together 7 years. However...I have a feeling that may change soon, trying not to get my hopes up but I am aware he has been looking at certain websites that contain shiny ring things. I got annoyed with myself for noticing so I am trying to put it to the back of my memory.

Triker~~ can you tell what weight the turkey crown is please as I am 'debating' with myself taking one frozen with me, if I wrap it well, and cook it when I get there, then I can freeze the cooked meat, and defrost etc on xmas eve, but the weight will come off my allowance.

But what if they lose your luggage?:eek::eek:
