    On 22/11/10 I posted...

    As of Today

    BF's Barclaycard £3000
    My Card £213.09
    M&S card £2180.16
    My Barclaycard - £2266.75
Total on Credit cards - £7660
    Total paid off - £530

I'm really happy with this, especially as there was some unavoidable spending on the credit cards as my bank account was empty just before payday.

It still feels like 2 steps forward 3 back sometimes, ie cancel newspaper subscription - save £10pcm, work reduce pay by £16 pcm!

My Mums just told me I've got some money coming my way from my gran and aunti for my Christmas and my birthday. I have a pamper session booked on 29th December followed by a curry out with some girlie friends so it's going towards that. I was looking forward to the day but not looking forward to putting it on my credit card. Can't wait now.:j

PS jwil I love your chocolate easter bunni smilie.

    Well done on the payments!

Hope you enjoy your pampering day, and its nice that it is now funded by Christmas pressies.

If you click on 'go advanced' and then 'more' under the smilies, the easter bunny one is there, along with loads more!

  • Good looking cakes last week.... come and work with me any time you like :D:D well done on your payments too, isn't it satisfying to see them coming down a bit at a time?

I'd quite like mine to come down a bit quicker but hey, hare / tortoise etc!

  • kdenty, I'm holding you reponsible! The look of your cakes (lemon for me please!) made me hungry so the Smokin' Rib Pringles are now open and I'm having to eat them, before they go off, obviously!

There's no cake in the house and I can't be arsed to make any at this time of night so Pringles it is :D

Hi Kdenty - mooched over from my diary - can see a lot of similarities in our stories!

The cakes look lovely - have subscribed and will be folowing (oh, and if you can find the time and inspriation to create a marshmallow flavoured cupcake I'd love that - used to have a friend that made them but never knew how!)

Hope you are feeling better today kdenty, Happy New Year!

Car problems are always enough to put a downer on things. You will get there with the cards though.

Love reading books especially when you find one that you just don't want to put down, not had one of them for ages. Planning on having lots of NSD's myself, think to achieve this i will stop taking money into work with me, there's always some bargins i end up buying but dont really want.

Happy birthday for tomorrow don't worry 35 is still young, hope you have a graet day.
