Happy Payday! It is satisfying making those payments, and it's all going the right way so well done!
That credit on your gas bill will come in handy over this winter and will stop you having any nasty surprises in the New Year."If you can dream it, you can do it". Walt Disney0 -

I make big payments, but very little comes of the debt as the interest rates are so high. It's still going down though, and if you snowball it helps it go down quicker.
Well done on not putting anything on the CC though!"If you can dream it, you can do it". Walt Disney0 -

Enjoy your pampering day you deserve it, it was recently my birthday and like you i was given some money as a present. One part of me wanted to use the money to go towards my debts but decided against it, think because its going to take sometime to pay them off we all need our treats and presents.
Anymore cake recipes you have will be gratefully received as i'm a cakeaholic.:j Debtfree and and staying that way.:j3-6 month emergency fund, No.61 £140.000 -
I think money for christmas and birthday should be used on treats. it makes the debt journey more bareable, and means you keep your motivation. sometimes paying a bit more interest in the long run, is justified if it means that you don't give up half way along the journey
