    Good evening

I have had a busy day.

Managed to get trousers for ds2, Went to the market, got stuff to make a birthday cake, and my mates sister rang while I was there her little girl has suspected meningitis, so she had to leave, so I stayed in the shop for a bit.

DH is playing the dying duck here,

Omg, just spent an hour or two somwhere else and people are arguing and setting up others groups because they cannot agre to disagree, thank the lord the this thread does not function like this.
Varied opinions all contribute to the main objective which is success all round I hope.

MG, have changed my mind about the butterfly allegory because they only shine for a week then deteriorate. Its a lovely theory, so be a steel butterfly which develops and continues xxx

Evening peeps - DS2 was late down to bed (probably because of our luxurious nap this afternoon)

I have however thrown two kingsize flanelette sheets through the washing machine - one is now navy blue and one is sunflower yellow. Pajama making time this weekend I think :D

The decluttering continues - I have now dragged a bootload of my Dads stuff down the stairs for him to collect tomorrow. Not exactly throwing it out - but removing it from my environment.

DS1 phoned to say "he loves me but is havig loads of fun" - so I am a happy Mummy.

I'm loving the idea of the steel butterfly BTW - think Claire could have a new range of broches to design.

I'm off to do some "proper" work - got a mind map due for delivery at the end of the week so better get a wiggle on.

perhaps we could make the Steel/Metallic Butterfly the matrix emblem of staying power.
A butterfly in actuality is fragile and lives but 1 maybe 2 weeks/but is beautiful and natural. Steel endures.

batfink with 'wings of steel springs to mind but that rather defeats what I mean lol :rotfl::rotfl:

Today the house feels a little calmer and cleaner. Only a little bit though, there still seems to be piles everywhere.

All three bins have been hauled to the kerb - so thats fantastic.

Target for today - finish the office that didn't get completed yesterday - I've already collected the homeschooling stuff on the kitchen table to go up there.

Good news is that all food is from stores - just as well after all our treats yesterday:D SO fingers crossed for a NSD!

Granola fruit and yogurt for breakfast
Vegatable soup and granary bread for lunch
Spinach lasagne, salad and SW chips for dinner

I'm not sure we are making much of a headway on the stores - so I am gong to pull out some stuff from the store and bring it into the kitchen to inspire me to use it up. Couscous for a start:p

First - must pop the granary bread into the BM and feed the wee one.

I'm off to the Orphanage today, we have a bit of mess on the books ;)
The person I taught, taught someone else, who then handed the task over to someone else.......... :p
Money in/money out in wrong columns, no start figure, let alone a correct balance at the end. But the Bank charges (+£200 per month ) correctly accounted for :rotfl:

What seems easy and logical for me is Ancient Greek to some people. But then it has taken me years to learn to greet in Zulu (Sawubona, as you ask) :p

I'm hoping that before I leave I'll have confirmation that we can pick up the stuff this Saturday (fingers crossed smilie here)

Good Luck Olive - part of me wished I hadn't opened my mouth and given you so much grief. But I bet you when you actually get the kits to the kids you will forgive me a little.
