    Evening peeps

Got off to a good start today, after getting DD to school I cycled into town to go to the weekly market, stocked up on fruit and also treated myself to a rose bush as they had just the variety I wanted. Then on the way home I had a bit of a detour, instead of taking the main road with all the traffic, I cycled along the towpath (which gets me almost home and isn't really significantly longer) and although it was such a chilly grey day it was lovely, so peaceful with just a few people around and lots of ducks and geese. Brought back to me why I am doing what I am currently doing (thanks to courage given me by the Matrix) - although so far I am on less than a third of my previous income (hoping I can improve on that in time!) I am so much happier, that I can take time to enjoy life again. :T

This evening though I think I have made a bit of a booboo. I was making veggie cottage pie (with green lentils and vegetables) and I thought I'd spice it up a little bit. I bought a bag of chillies at the market as a big bag for £1 seemed like a good deal, so I added one of those chopped up small. Well I'm not sure if we'll be able to eat it. I tasted a teeny bit of the mix about an hour ago and my lips are still tingling

Cheri - I am dipping my toe in the world of Network Marketing ... so far it seems like it has good potential for making dosh whilst I jet around the world. Shall I send you details as well as that cake recipe? (anyone else interested, I can share on t'other side, once I work out why my username and password don't work :( ... probably a typing problem, but I'm not admitting that just yet ...)

Thanks, I am very interested in that. I have started a couple of blogs as dipping toes etc and still thinking about virtual PA work. So any information would be happily considered. Please do post that cake recipe it sounds YUM

Cheri - Not sure my conscience would be up to making the other couple lose their money so I suppose I would concentrate on the people who are in no chain, cash buyers who can complete quickly on your flat. Positive vibes that it works xx
OH NO! I would never wish that people lose theri money, more that they couldnt release the funds from other places in time :) I have been envisaging them making lots of money on htier shares and thinking twice about releasing the ;) I am visualising a nice young couple or an executive with lots of dosh living in my apartment. I am currently exploring many options for releasing the cash but I am up against a very tight deadline. Come on everybody visualise me getting that cash in my account quick as!!! I will be forever grateful and will offer discounted organised holiday planning ot Austira.

    r :D

Cherisong, you are doing all the right things. Keep your focus on positive thoughts about *you* being in the Austrian house - if you think about someone else being in it even in a negative way, the universe may be confused and think that's what you want.

Thanks Ocean, that is what I am trying to do. I havent even imagined anybody other than me there. I know this sounds mad but in my heart and my mind I believe that house is my destiny and so I will be gutted if my destiny is not fulfilled. Reminds me of the line from Back to the Future where his dad says to his mum (in the past) You are my density :rotfl::rotfl:

I wasnt around for William but I really do hope that things went well for him this afternoon.

:T:T:T to ladies of the Matrix for returning and delurking in droves.Causing me to have to read 4 pages but that is ok because
I am currently in London, just been to a democracy forum - loved it.
Ssshhhh I dont want to brag but I am staying in a rather nice hotel. And it was featured on Masterchef last week so I am off to Brasserie Joel for my supper at 9.30 Who knows maybe I could meet a millionare and entertain him for the night to raise my cash :eek: JOKE

Aww uber, super, mega-positivity flowing your way Cheri. Don't anything cloud your dreams, perhaps you will meet that millionaire and he will see that your flat is the perfect investment he needs and will offer you double the market value and the Universe can solve it that way instead. ;)

    Hi Everyone

Memorygirl, so nice to see you back :D I'm so sorry you had such a rough time in hospital. Hope you feel much better soon.

Hugs to your Mum Souk, ((hugs about your back Claire))

Cheri and Crickett, good house buying and selling vibes :)

I have some good news too, I passed my exam and am now 'upgraded' and officially a PhD student. It went so well, I feel so pleased. Unfortunately OH is working his head off at the moment, almost until I leave for Uganda. Less than 3 weeks until I leave.

P.s. Had my fingers crossed for William too.
