  • For me, I am still feeling quite rough today. It can't be the alcohol, so perhaps I was feeling rubbish yesterday and not hungover at all! Still swearing off the stuff for a goodly long time. Nothing wrong exactly, just feel incredibly weary and with no energy whatever. Sleep seems to do no help, even sitting and reading or crafting doesn't seem to improve how I am feeling. So, because I can't put my finger on why I am feeling so grotty, I have to haul my backside into work. You can't really put "is so tired she can hardly move" on a sickness form!! :D I have a feeling it is going to be a loooong day!

If I was your boss, I'd send you home! Infact, I've sent one Claire home today, why not another :)

It sounds like "flu-like symptoms" is what you need to put on your sick form :))

Hope you feel better soon x

Sorry to hear the sad news on here, thinking of those of you who are affected.

Hope you feel better soon Claire.

A few Matrix vibes around 10am would be appreciated - got the first of three presentations that I'm doing this week. I've never really done a presentation before, and it's one of my big  things.... eek.

No news here. Just finished my final massage course tonight, so I guess I should be expecting a diploma sometime soon.

    Getcher Swedish Massages here! ;)

Ooooh a massage I'd love one of those :D Mind you feeling tired this morning so I would probably fall alseep :o

Crickett - I tend to take a metatone tonic when I feel like that. it's got lots of B Vitamins in it to give you a boost. I suppose all you can do is rest and drink lots of fluid. There seem to be a number of nasty virus' going about that are like a general malaise. Hope you're feeling better soon x

redsquirrel - Sending lots of positive vibes for you right now, never mind at 10am. You can do this and you'll ace it :D

Plans for today are to clean kitchen and put pics of cards on FB page and on website. then I think I'll have to give my DD some attention :o

Have a great day everyone. Lots of positive and productive vibes to you all :D

I survived! It wasn't brilliant but it was alright (and someone said to me afterwards it was 'good' and 'very interesting' so at least I didn't bore everyone too much!)
