Lara, your best bet is probably to PM MrFW (this is his yser name here) directly and he will send you all that is needed.

Me neither and never got round to sorting it especially as I couldn't access the site from work and I do most of my catching up at lunchtime.

    Ooooh - a virtual training buddy :j

Sorry haven't been around today - had no t'internet, ooh I did feel lost.
Well Shred stayed in the cupboard today :o but I did go for a walk :).

Okay, the first day I have the house free to myself is Monday - so at some point on Monday I will be Shredding :rotfl:

We managed it all the way through again this morning. It seemed easier but that might have been because I knew what to expect.
I don't think I'll ever be able to do a proper press up though.

Welcome Home MG. Hope that things settle down over the next few days and I second what Kittikins says. Not heard from you for a while Kittikins how are things going?

MG there are times when plans just have to be put on the back burner while you deal with 'events'.
Concentrate on looking after yourself and your mum and your boys.

Aw!! thanks guys - just need to get myself back on the DFW / Business Builder mindset - so two days to get our lives sorted before DS1 so back at school bright n early Monday ( even if he will only be doing mornings)

    Heating on
    Beds stripped and remade
    Fridge cleaned
Shopping list made for LIDL in morning
    Raisin bread in BM
    Rye bread in bowl proving
    Soup made in pressure cooker
    Chick peas soaking for hummus
Chicken breast defrosting for tomorrows dinner
Extra hot water bottle bought - and all three filled and on our laps under blankies
    Swished the bathroom
Wiped the laminate in the hall ( will loving thoughts to Helen105)
Omlettes and chips for 3 for dinner (SW chips for me)
Bath running for kids as we speak
    Mobile and kindle on charging

................... so just got to do the washing up (dishes and kids) then get them into clean jammies and clean beds nice n early. Closely followed by me so that I am of some use in the morning.

First though - off to call Mum and check she is still OK
