That's both my S&G sets now!

Good morning everyone.
Just checked my emails and I haven't had a cancellation email from them so far. Most of my orders were dispatched on the 21st so they should be here today really.
I don't understand what's going on this time round with ASOS, some are being delivered, some are being returned, some with RM and some with Hermes. I would understand if none were delivered, or if it was all RM deliveries, or all Hermes deliveries. It's strange.0 -
well i have had 2 out of 12 cancelled and not woke up to any more paypal refunds so im really hoping my ten items come today0

Yes i agree it's very strange, there seems to be no pattern at all which as i said yesterday makes me wonder if the people who have had their orders cancelled or returned have had it done by a do-gooder worker.
What i can't understand is why some go with RM and others go with Hermes. One of my orders that they have sent via courier is tiny so it makes no sense at all.0 -
are you all getting emails or logging in to asos to find thats its been cancelled
Thanks0 -
Partial refund?
But you got a full refund if you got the amount you actually paid, so that's a full refund, isn't it?
that's what I thought but I am wondering if it means one of the items has been shipped as there were 2 items in each order.
Just with it saying "shipped" under each order when checking the accounts made me wonder...;)Owned by a Great Dane :heartsmil

My daughter had an order cancelled almost straight away due to stock issue, they cancelled both items because one was £8 and the other £4 I think. They have to cancel both items in that order because we are using a £10 off code.
And we have since found out the refund emails all say "partial" refund. This is because of the code, they obviously aren't going to give you the £10 back(I wish) so that's why they call it "partial".

I wonder if they are using Hermes to deliver if they miss the last post for Royal Mail each day?Comping wishlist for 2017
