I would contact them on their facebook page. From what someone was saying yesterday they are really helpful on there. I have seen quite a few comments about items not received, they soon chase it up.

You can either PM them on FB or post on their wall.

I think I will wait to see if it arrives first, I did try to contact them, they said they will come back to me and that it had been passed onto someone else but had no response. Will try Facebook if it doesn't mysteriously arrive today

or you can go on live help on the forum on asos' website they reply there within an hour and i have found them really helpful in the past:D

I tried to find the live help the last few days and couldn't find it anywhere, must be going mad. I bet it's somewhere really obvious too. Will get searching now

when you log in at the top it says life, click on that then go to the help and feeback forum

Well I had 10 orders, 4 of them were despatched on 22nd by rm. 2 were desptched on 23rd by rm (one of these turned up this morning).The other 4 were despatched on 23rd by hermes, 2 of these are showing as processed at depot and the other 2 sayreceipt at depot.

Its strange that the ones despatched on 22nd by rm havent reached me yet but the one despatched on 23rd has. No cancellation emails or refunds for me yet (touch wood). It does seem as though the ladies who have ordered soap n glory are not getting deliveries and the order i made for soap n glory has the missing pre advice on tracking hmmmm...

Yesterday when i checked tracking on my order it said "Missing pre-advise thingy!" The same msg other were getting.

Just checked it again today and it now says

25/11/2010 04:40 Out For Delivery To Courier 24/11/2010 22:57 Processed at Depot 24/11/2010 22:05 Receipt at Depot 24/11/2010 10:19 Hub Trailer Via Sorter
So i might get it after all,hermes are due today to bring my debenhams & m&s orders.

Anyone who got the missing pre-advise thingy from the tracking info,check your tracking again:)

Ive had no refunds as well or emails to cancel

hi, mine says the same as above now, the missing pre-advice thing has gone and mine has updated to out for delivery to courier

woop woop 2 of mine now say 04.54 out for delivery .... still confused why the ones despatched by rm on 22nd are not here when the ones despatched on 23rd are ??
