Asos £10 off and free delivery

Mine too now says 'out for delivery'
and i came downstairs this morning to see a lovely red glow through the glass in my front door, i thought *am i dreaming* but NO, i wasn't, it was the Royal Mail van bringing me 3 of my ASOS deliveries!! very excited.. still waiting for a few more, none came with regular postie, so we shall see when they turn up, but thanks again OP and everyone else for being so helpful xx

I'm at a loss with mine tbh, i got refunded, i've not had the refund email and my account still says shipped. I only found the refund on the daily check of my bank account.

But.......... i recieved half of my order this morning by RM confused??? yep me too lol.

I am waiting for one from RM which was shipped on the 21st. The RM red van has been past my house twice already this morning and my street isn't that busy. I wonder if he is delivering sack loads of ASOS stuff :rotfl:
Nothing for me yet though.

the same thought occured to me, i live on a close with about 40 houses on and rm van delivered to 3 different houses this morning..... hmm wonder if they were all from asos :rotfl:

There seems no logic to their deliveries, the order which was despatched last of mine came yesterday by RM, all the others which I got despatch emails for much earlier are still to be delivered. My Hermes deliveries are all at different states, from missing pre advice, to sorted at hub, to processed at hub, and not in any order of despatch email?
Hermes delivery is very slow in my area, they deliver the Next stuff locally and you're lucky if it arrives a week after ordering!
I would be worried they might loose my parcels as they are mainly nail varnish (Small), but the order I had delivered yesterday was a bottle of nail varnish and a small bottle of conditioner in an enormous box!! - would have fitted in a mini jiffy bag!!:rotfl:

Hi Everyone

This is my first post so please be gentle! ASOS cancelled my order for no reason so i kicked up a bit of a fuss and complained that they only cancelled it as they did not want to honor the discount code.
They emailed me a code this morning for £10 off my next spend. I was only able to use this code once but it may be beneficial for others to email them and complain if they have also had this problem.
