You could ask for compensation on account of your daughter being completely uninjured."Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0

No signs up saying that they are not allowed onto them.0

The Tesco's where you come from must be very big! A travellator?!? Goodness I need to travel more and experience these wonders.0

I guess a sign is an adequate alternative to parents making their own decisions about their children's safety...."Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0

I love travellators. I keep walking on them just to see how fast I'd go if I could take giant-size steps. When they stop and you get off abruptly, it feels really weird for a while."Growth for growth's sake is the ideology of the cancer cell" - Edward Abbey.0

I dont think you're meant to have the cars on there either....I've never seen a travellator with a trolley with car attached on them, IIRC at the one i've used there's a sign. That and you need to check for thread first, as where would it have come from? And you are meant to lift the trolley to break the magnetic hold.** Total debt: £6950.82 ± May NSDs 1/10 **** Fat Bum Shrinking: -7/56lbs **

I do it all because I'm scared.

Tried lifting the trolley slighty full of shopping and wrapped around the wheels was thread which had obviously got tangled up,We have pictures. She was stood next to me as the trolley was full of shopping so couldnt see her properly when she was in the car bit.So standing with me was meant to be the safest option.
How do you expect Tesco to know there was a piece of thread on your trolley? The Tesco's where you come from must be very big! A travellator?!? Goodness I need to travel more and experience these wonders.
They are fantastic fun on a Friday night post pub - we have races to see who can run the wrong way down them - though I will look out for any stray threads next time!
Gone ... or have I?0 -
'Almost' is the important word.
If I'd received compensation for every time my step-daughter has almost kissed the pavement, almost cracked her head off shelves, almost walked into glass doors, almost dropped something on herself, almost got squashed, almost slipped......0
