Trolley gets stuck on Travellator

I was on a travellator in Tesco yesterday with my little girl,we were using one of their car novelty trolleys anyway it got stuck at the end and my daughter was getting squashed behind it with another trolley very nearly crushing her! I have emailed customer service but what else can i do??? I am disgusted that it happened and reading things it happens quite a bit!

Me thinks that's really something you should have taken up with the store manager at the time.
  • My daughter was stood behind the trolley next to me,As i thought it would be the safest place for her to be.The red stop button is located at the bottom left hand side near enough out of sight,A few other customers couldnt find it.
  • People come on here for help and advice!! It could of been a lot worse!! Tesco were very unhelpful and i can see from the above person this place is aswell

Is the idea not that you lift the trolley slightly at the end? Why was your daughter not in the trolley, rather than behind it?
    Gone ... or have I?

Yes, it could have been a lot worse, but it wasn't.

  • Not looking for "nicey nicey advice" looking for help!! Tried lifting the trolley slighty full of shopping and wrapped around the wheels was thread which had obviously got tangled up,We have pictures. She was stood next to me as the trolley was full of shopping so couldnt see her properly when she was in the car bit.So standing with me was meant to be the safest option.
