OP says this in the original post.
I'd sneak out at night and let the tires down every time they left it there! They'd soon stop!
I would have said it was OK, but if the manager is being abusive to people he deserves everything he gets!"The most desirable trait of the internet is the ability to attribute quotes to anyone."

geordieracer, you don't seem to understand the difference between illegal and anti-social.
The OP is well aware it isn't illegal to park the car there. However, it is anti-social to leave the car where it is - especially since it isn't serving any useful purpose. And that's what they are venting about.0 -

Actually I was going to advocate putting it on bricks and covering it in paint-stripper, but I thought that would be going a tiny bit too far!
Seriously though, if they park it on the curb, call the council straight away and every day they are there, every time they're there ... so long as your neighbours don't park on the curb as well ... don't want to drop them in it!"The most desirable trait of the internet is the ability to attribute quotes to anyone."

Have you checked with all your neighbours? It could be a courtesy car.
It could be someone visiting the dead person to tidy up.
It could be someone staying with friends in the next street.
I very much doubt that it's for advertising purposes unless it can be seen from the main road, probably someone pulling the leg of the nosey person calling to find out why it's there.

Service you car in front of it, and 'spill' Your brake fluid all over it.
Of course you must attempt to clean it up after. Rub it around a bit, thatll do it.Back by no demand whatsoever.0 -

Makes no difference to me. By your logic i should then go and tell everyone who parks their white vans in my street to move them because they have writing on the side or god forbid they are the scaffolders lorries.
But see i dont mind them being there - they are causing no harm just as in this instance. And how deems what is anti-social? Sounds like some of you read too much daily mail/expressone of the famous 50 -

It could be someone visiting the dead person to tidy up. Not applicable, house isn't empty
It could be someone staying with friends in the next street. They'd park in the next street, not 100 yards down ours, we're not wall-to-wall parking here
