TCB requested more info regarding a non tracked purchase, except the info requested was in the original claim. annoying.
for me both TCB and Quidco tracking has been atrocious recently having had many many years without much in the way of tracking hassle.
non tracked in last few months. (I only bother using cashback sites now for large cashbacks as chasing small amounts is frustrating).
More than pet insurance.

My Gala Bingo appeal failed, they couldn't track the connection with TCB.0 -
If you are having any issues with tracking or claims with the 'big boys', have a look and I would advise join and try imutual.
The rates are as good and often higher than elsewhere - obviously not for all 'exclusive promotions', but you would be surprised.

Plenty of free money with their 'daily clicks' and as far as I know, the ONLY cash back site that actually guarantees payment (90% of merchants) - tracking or no tracking (obviously proof needed).

Before you purchase from any cash back site, check the rates and check for any 'guarantees'. Guarantees can be better for some anyway, regardless of rates - within reason of course. I'd personally rather have a few pounds or pence less, but have it guaranteed.
You don't need to drop the 'big boys', you can be a member of them all.
But don't miss out on imutual. No payments from financial products from cash back sites? Put in a complaint direct and if they don't resolve your issue, head straight to the financial ombudsman - it costs the company £550 in referral fees, win or lose.0 -
Guaranteed cashback sounds good, but why can't Topcashback and Quidco offer guaranteed cashback when a smaller cashback site can??
But shouldn't cashback for genuine purchases be guaranteed anyway?? It looks like Imutual thinks so!!

All of which I must stress, before someone shoots me down, is just my personal opinion0 -
JDPower - I've compared a few cashbacks from various merchants at Imutual against both Topcashback and Quidco and even Getpoundsback (limited merchants) and Imutual actually wins quite a few times (check it out and see).
It could be argued the top two sites are giving lower rates on some offers to hike up their "exclusive rates". Robbing Peter to pay Paul for example. If they all use the same affiliate network, why the different rates?? Are they not 100% cashback sites??
I know what you mean by "words", but until the guarantee fails, then it should be taken at face value.
The time to complain is when it fails, but hopefully the guarantee would never be needed and the cashback comes through naturally. It's a "safety net" though that the others don't offer!!

I second the good feedback about imutual. I used to use quidco a lot then tcb, but mostly use imutual these days. Though the other two are worth checking as they do have some good exclusive offersIf they pay out, out of their own pocket, when the affiliate network fails to pay, that money has to come from somewhere - lower cashback rates, fewer sites?
From what I've read, the answer to this is simple. quidco and tcb keep large sums to themselves, imutual don't
The imutual owner posted here with some interesting figures.Despite being known as "100% cashback sites", they kept £45m of the revenue, £30m of which was spent on overheads and nearly £10m has been taken in dividends.
Personally I'm happy to earn a little bit less cashback in the short term if it helps a new site to upset the applecart a bit :T0 -
Hi - I was wondering if anyone could help me?
I have been using TopCashBack for a while now, and I withdrew money to my Paypal account last night, does anyone know when it will go in my Paypal account? I have no idea when to expect it and it would be handy today
Thank you!0 -
