Feel free to post them. Obviously the people who don't have jobs that are moaning about me.
Did you not realise that Tesco's wouldn't be paying you? Why would you even put yourself in that situation?Estate Agent, Web Designer & All Round Geek!0 -

Look Steve of course i realized i was on a work trial and would get no pay and i was skeptical about the fact they may just be using me as free labour ,
but i Really wanted the job mate and wanted to prove myself i need full time work,
I honestly can say i worked my butt off really i did,
i even enjoyed it couldn't wait to get out the house,
on my 5 nights their while i was running round working hard , (and im not complaining i was happy to be moving quickly and getting things done)
i see not many other staff running round the way i was,
on my 5th night i was meant to have had help, was a BIG OVER 6FT TALL BUILT LIKE A BRICK **** HOUSE GUY! they sent to help me do 2 isles,
he blatantly took the living pee, by spending 4 hours helping one of the other GUYS,, DO Crisps,,, I mean Crispssss plzzzz, i'd done them myself in an hour few nights before,,, then when this guy came round to finally help me it was clear he was not going to be doing Any heavy lifting as he left all the trolleys full, leaving me alone to empty them,,,, then an hour before shift ended i'd seriously had enough i'd emptied 7 Big silver cages of sweets chocies, and then 4 may av been 3 cant remember now of biscuits these things are very tall,,,, and we had another 7 to go,
i asked the guy if he was going to get the biscuit's off the trolley he said "ohh go on then"
im seriously not going to be taken the blatant P out of ,,
Trust me mate im a grafter aint afraid of hard work up till 2 years ago i held full time job as single parent i worked to put my eldest son thu college when he was refused help cos of a technical load of crap to do with the area we lived in and where his college was out of our borough even tho he had been educated withing that borough since he was 11 years old ,, and he is now off working in Russia doing very well for himself , never claimed a benefit since leaving school,
my moto in life is "if i stop i'll drop" so the more im doing the better,,
this guy was a blooming trainee manager and they made me feel like i was training him up,,,
it was seriously a pee take,,, and i walked,
who knows if i would have got that job,, the manager said to come in the next night and i was in line for the job, but i did just think they where using me, i guess its all got me thinking how can you trust these stores really to be wanting you to do this free work on the promise of a job,,
be honest with your self if you where out of work tomorrow and had to do 2 weeks full time work for no pay,,,
(dont forget im hearing from other staff that a women started their the month before i was their and she done a 1 night trial and got the job,,,)
and also that their were LOADS of people being sent their all on promise of a job,,
Dont tell me you wouldn't have your doubts about if their even was a job for you at all,,,
and when i asked about full time am told its 15 hours contracted and maybe 2 other days a week if they got overtime,,,, they may have a full time position but its for special people,(wth does that mean) its like they got you dangling on a bit of string mate honestly ,,
i was in a meeting that night where they told everyone their would be no overtime this month cos of cuts,,, now of course some staff where disappointed as xmas coming , but Hay lets not worry as tesco got another lot of Mugs coming in from the JC tomorrow night All again on the promise of a real job!,,,
I really hope you never have to do anything like this just to get a job , im not one of these people that was forced by the jc to do this i have no jsa/is on the line , all i wanted was a job what i didn't expect was to be taken the pee out off,
corrr need to go make a Beef n mustard sarnie after that rant loool,,, seeing as the bad bully boy didnt nick the beef off the side this week, lol,0 -

With that attitude you should resign today. You are obviously not putting your soul into it. Move over and give someone worthy a chance!0 -
Cindy no one is nit picking, steve is just asking questions and maybe he hasnt seen your thread about tesco0

At the last job I worked at I kept thinking I could do it better and I hated bits of it (the actual work was ok just everyone was treated as if they had the brain of a 7 year old). My oh got fed up of me whinging so I did something about it and set up my own business! It's taken 18 months and a lot of stress and money to set up but now it is up and running I'm loving it.
On the whole my staff are lovely...they need to be flexible and help me out at times but then I can do the same for them. Small businesses work if there is give and take on both sides.0
