Have just got in. Mum died at 6.30 tonight not long after I left. We got back there ten minutes after. It was very peaceful. I have been with her all afternoon and the doctor had been out again. I kind of knew from yesterday what was coming. Im on here because I cant go to bed yet and just a bit numb.

Oh Boddy precious.. I am so sad for you.. I am glad her passing was peaceful and as is often the case they hang on until just after you leave. You have cared for her with such love and compassion these last few years which is a sure sign of the wonderful mum she has been to you and the wonderful daughter you are. I am certain she will leave a cavernous hole in your life but a piece of your heart has gone with her as a piece of hers has stayed with you.

You know exactly where to find us all should you need us.. and if you need anything we can offer please don't hesitate to ask.

I had thought it was sounding very like her time as soon as you said she was refusing her medication.. my gran did the same..

    Take care of yourself sweetness..
