girly pjs, shoes and a pair of trousers.. have intentions of doing more this week but I have a distinct lack of time!
And Freja has been chuckling for the first time this evening.. a proper little girly laugh she has too.. only problem was she was meant to be going to sleep but giggled at me every time I looked at her.. ratbag!
How sweet! :AWhile I'm thinking about it - there is mould growing on my conservatory window frames (white uPVC) - can I use a mild bleach solution to clean it or am I best buying mould and mildew remover? And can I stop it coming back? We're looking into a dehumidifier but we wwont be able to get it until after xmas and it does get very damp in there from the TD. Any ideas?
IFAIK bleach solution would be fine. Isn't that all the fancy mould sprays are anyway? I don't have any uPVC windows or the like but I use bleach on everything I do have here, and it's all fine.0 -
Hellyboo I too would go with the bleach - probably neat (but thick;)) on a bit of old towel, wipe it over, leave for a bit then wipe off.
Use a toothbrush if necessary;)

Dh came home from work and cooked us a yummy roast - I was meant to do it but fell asleep on the sofa
Left over roast chicken will be turned into a pie tomorrow.
In my 6.45-7.15 HHC I tidied the living room floor & coffee table, cleared the hall floor, did a quick tidy in the bathroom as the kids had dumped their clothes everywhere when getting ready for bed, swept the living room & kitchen and found DHs accounts.
I've then spent ages typing the accounts up and started filling in the dreaded tax return, I did not sign up for this when I married him :rotfl: Could have got it finished but just waiting for some advice from my uncle about allowable expenses... thrilling stuff! Last year I submitted it just before midnight on 31st Jan, not going to cut it so fine this year! Also last year we received a £245 rebate... this year he has actually earnt some money being self employed so I don't think it will be that kind to us
Before bed I need to load the dishwasher, make pasta salad for packed lunches, sign DS reading journal, iron some clothes for tomorrow... and whatever else I remember as i'm doing all that!

Well I went to work today as it was my TA's 40th birthday, it was nice to see everyone, I am looking forward to getting back...I have a few little jobs now to keep me busy and spent a very enjoyable couple of hours this evening going through all of the photos (downloaded from the school server) and organising them into topic folders. I have been asked to make some evidence files for OFAL who are due in the new year so I'm sorting and grouping the photos before I use Publisher to arrange them...it's the sort of thing that is right up my street and I never normally have time to do so I have been a very busy/happy camper
Not much flying done I am gradually decluttering one item each day and blogging about it but the house looks okay on the surface, I am whittling away at what lurks hidden and unseen.......
Hugs spoons and sticks all round
Night all
xxxGo hopefully into each new day, enjoy something from every day no matter how small, you never know when it will be your last0 -
If easily bored.. skip this post.. I am offloading emotional baggage.. all very dull
Off to shop for bread milk and copious amounts of chocolate buttons.. I've got really bad tummy cramps.. for no real reason I can think of.. but after putting up with them most of the last 3 days they are now making me feel a bit queasy.. I don't think I have eaten anything that might not like me (sweetcorn, salad, garlic, eg) It doesn't hurt to press on so it is just being naughty..
I ot my new phone (Nokia N8 and I love it) yesterday.. while transfering stuff across I found a text from my uncle from last christmas, the uncle who died in March.. it said 'Good bye 2009.. 2010 can only be better' ........ so I've had a nice blubber.. another of those things that bites you on the ar$£ when you take your eye off the game! Helped along by tomorrow being the start of the trial of the guy who knocked my nephew off his motorbike and killed him in October last year... *sigh* Life's a b!tch
Anyway, enough misery... my baby can chuckle, I can make it to the end of the week though I will be an emotional wreck by then *tries to remember what PMT was like* Hhmmmm.... I have my ovely children, my mother who has just informed me she doesn't think she will live another 3 years.. I told her she is very selfish and added a few other anecdotes from oher family members such as she best not buy any new clothes then if she is going to die because I don't want to be sorting through them.. maybe not quite facing up to how affected she has been by my uncles death and also that of my gran.. 6 years ao on 11th December so getting close.. ok so I'm not quick on the uptake and only just thought of that.
I need to sort out writing a will.. for me.. not my mother.. though I should find out if she has one.. not that it makes much difference.
Tomorrow.. tesco, sisters and party..
Off to do y'all a list then away to shop.. xxxLB moment 10/06 Debt Free date 6/6/14Hope to be debt free until the day I dieMortgage-free Wannabee (05/08/30)6/6/14 £72,454.65 (5.65% int.)08/12/2023 £33602.00 (4.81% int.)0 -
