Elaine.. Thanks for putting me right. It is interesting to know tbh and I might also have to do a bit more reading about it. I do love to discover new things.

Onestep, Mollina Girl, Lamewolf with you reprimanding me and then my mum coming over and giving me a telling off too I think I have learnt my lesson. Spent all afternoon in bed as I felt really icky and then I fell asleep.

Lamewolf pleased to hear about your weightloss hun that is fab. I need to loose some but I have reached the conclusion I would spend far too many pennies on new clothes so have decided against it.. hehe

Hellyboo I too am a sucker for the Irish accent, even watching Hollyoaks just now the delicious Brendans accent is making me melt!

PigPen you really do amaze me managing with so many little peoples and a KH to deal with. Me, I would be tempted to lock the shed with his tools in and go out tomorrow and then after he has waited an hour, change your plans. But I am a bit naughty like that hehe...

Ok I am off to dig in the fridge and see what delights it has to offer me tonight..

    xx

I said he can come on Monday as I have plans, meetings and various appointments and even some food shopping to squeeze in the week.. in fact I am not sure how to do it all so I will not be at his beckon call.. I need more than 15 hours notice.. I get booked weeks in advance! That makes me unreasonable!

I know what FW stands for! Was a highly used word at one point too

Deep breath piggers - keep calm and carry on my dear x

As for me my usual cleaning is at the weekend to catch up on the lists. This weekend I am being super stern with myself and going to the library to study and work hard and not be distracted by the lappy and doing other things eg flying. I'm taking lunch with me and aiming to get there early in the day on Sat on the train and then earlish on Sun for free parking if I can get parked up there.

Sat aiming for 9-3.30pm - prob back home 4.30pm
Sun aiming for l10am when open then return home approx 4pm

Just caught up on a bit of the thread from last night
fedup well done for coping with the unexpected trigger today - that is a good sign - you are obviously in control even though it did give you a nasty moment or 2 (((hugs)))

Thanks toots for your kind thoughts. It was a nasty jolt for me then whenhe changed the subject I settled back down and the feelings went. I do feel in control now which is much better and feel calm about it mostly. It is good for me to feel in control and I truly believe I've come to terms with what happened

It's such a random illness. It took my maternal Grandmother some years ago and the husband of a childhood friend earlier this summer. Well done for holding it together, I was in pieces last week after a training session about other issues that were close to home. I admire your strength

    A big hug for you Mumto5 x

The strength took 3yrs to get to and they flew by and because I was struggling to cope with the feelings was the reason I applied for the bereavement counselling and it turned my feelings in the right direction and in the right place more than I could have ever imagined or expected. And in the right place they have remained ever since

What would I do without all the support and kind words on here? People who take the time to read and be kind x

Walking around the big city for the last 2 days, being bumped out of the way, pushed in front of in the daily commute, no words spoken about this, all accepted by all, makes it all the more worthwhile here
