shysarah you are supposed to be taking it easy!!!

In my HHC I achieved quite a lot:
scrubbed the shower, loo, & basin
    mopped the floor
tidied & wiped over PC cupboard (needed it!)
    lit the fire
hung out bird food (found in less than 2 minutes by my robin, and a hoard of great tits :D)
collected our eggs - 3 today

phew.. enough for now. Time for a cuppa before the school run.

  • Well done Sarah but be careful:T

In my HHC (which turned into 45mins) I have:

Cleaned the bath, toilet and sink
Cleaned soap dish and toothbrush holder
    Shone the taps
    Wiped the tiles
Wiped the light fitting and pull cord
Vacuumed bathroom floor and put back clean mats
Put clean facecloths and towels out and put other facecloths and towels in WM
Wiped over all picture frames in lounge and hallway
Shower curtain is ready to go back up when DH gets home, I got it down but for some reason I can’t get it back up!

All dailies are now done and the only thing left from the list is the vacuum cleaner but that will have to wait for DH too.

    Tuesday Bathroom and Study/Pc Area:j
    Level One – done
    Level Two – done
    Level Three
Clean the brushes/dust box/filters on the vacuum cleaner!!!! .. make sure they are completely dry before using it though.. I don’t want anyone electrocuted!! – waiting for DH
    Extras
    • Sort a wardrobe or part of, a drawer or set of drawers making sure it has what needs to be in it and any 'extras' are put where they should be – done – under the kitchen sink!

    Phew!!

I'm having a cuppa and a rest now!

    xx

    Afternoon all.

I should be in work today but I've been ill since last night :( H&S says I can't be in work for 48 hours after the last time I was sick...at the moment thats Thursday lunchtime :( Seeing DDs teacher will have to wait until Friday lunch when in theory I'm back at work. Big advantage to working in the school, don't have hang around during parents evening, I just see the teacher another time :rotfl: Also means someone else can have the appointment I would have ;)

Today I will taking it very easy. I'm just doing laundry and some pottering but nothing major. ;)

    Tue - Brownies, @ldi shop
    Wed - job centre
    Thur - Decorating?
Fri - Work (PM) Parents evening?
Sat - TV day for DD, laundry
    Sun - DD out.

[STRIKE]Scrub Out the fridge and defrost the frozen freezer.. use up those bitty bits ready for christmas stocking up! [/STRIKE]- Cleared out but not cleaned. Too much contents in either of them :o
Wipe table and replace cloth if needed

How did you get on sockdrawer?

I got distracted by a lovely guy with a gorgeous Irish accent canvassing for the Red Cross but once I'd stopped drooling I managed to clear the LR floor and the second sofa (major hotspot) and hoover the floor, so the LR is presentable. Going to S&S the kitchen and hopefully at least get the bathroom started before I need to feed Jakey 5 chins at 4 :)

    Extras
    • Sort through those half empty bottles or ones with only a dribble left and decant into one bottle and recycle the rest!! N/A
    • Wash your bathroom mats etc They're OK, and wouldn't dry today in any case. Will do these at the weekend if it's dry (Mr LW can put them up on the line for me then).;)
    • Sort a wardrobe or part of, a drawer or set of drawers making sure it has what needs to be in it and any 'extras' are put where they should be Done – I can now get into some things that had been put aside, so far from putting “extras” elsewhere, it's a case of fetching them back into general use!:j Total weight loss has now hit the 2 stone mark. It's slow going, but hopefully this means it'll stay off!
    • Spend 15 minutes shining mirrors and picture frames Done
Onestep major Good Luck vibes for your DH. I can't imagine trying to cope if Mr LW had to be away from home, so I really hope this works out for the two of you.

Bins are all ready for mum to take out as I cant lift them and have to admit I might have pushed myself a bit much as I am now laid on the sofa with a :coffee: feeling a bit dizzy _pale_. Still clean(er) house :rotfl:.
:naughty:I thought you were supposed to be recuperating? Take it easy - the house isn't going to descend into chaos if you take time out to get over your op. I noticed earlier you mentioned you have dissolving stitches... that sounds like a good thing.
LOL when I was sterilised, mumblety mumble years ago, I had ordinary stitches, and was supposed to visit the surgery to have the nurse remove them. Well, I decided I couldn't cope with yet another medical bod prodding me about, so I had a very large whisky, and whipped the bu88ers out myself!:rotfl:

I nearly had heart faliure when I saw it was bathroom day today - but it kept me occupied while I waite for blokey to turn up with the doors.:o They've been delivered now, and are occupying the carport til Mr LW gets home. At which point, he'll haul them into the spare room, where everything gets stored, so flying will be somewhat limited in there for the forseeable future. It can't be helped, as far as we're concerned, it's what that room is for!;)

Oh, and I'll be AWOL on Friday again; Mr LW's got a day's leave he's using up, and we're taking the car for her 50,000 mile service, having a courtesy car while she's in the garage, and moseying off into Northampton for a change.
If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)
