Clear and wipe worksurfaces[/STRIKE]

[STRIKE]Wipe fronts of appliances and units
Scrub Out the fridge and defrost the frozen freezer.. use up those bitty bits ready for christmas stocking up!
Wipe table and replace cloth if needed[/STRIKE]
Level Three
[STRIKE]Clean, degrease/descale and wipe tiles and taps
Wipe through oven and hob to degrot any dribbles

- Thoroughly clean out the foody and baking cupboards..
- Run machines through a clean cycle

Sockdrawer .. I don't know if it will help you but the Family Fund might be able to help? they do grants etc for people who are struggling to provide the stuff they need.. might be worth a shot?

Only 1 thing ticked off my list today-nothing from flyadies! I've been out for the evening with friends as it was a DFs 50th today. I am sooo exhausted - probably all the talking! Oh and the huge amounts I ate!
Will try and fly after work tomorrow.

I had my scan earlier and found out we are having another boy! :j
When we got home DH cooked dinner while I tidied up toys/clothes etc, then before I sat down to eat my dinner I quickly put the pans etc in the lovely clean & empty dishwasher - my kitchen still looks lovely and tidy!
Can't wait to keep going tomorrow

If you have toffee/sugar/caramel sauces stuck on a pan add water to the pan and boil.. tip away when the water is boiling repeat as needed, this melts the caramel ingredients into the water an voila.. gone..

sockdrawer its the same here - no money - my OT in the hospital recommended that i get a hospital bed but there is a waiting list as long as your arm so if I want one I will have to buy it myself!
