Can't think of a better leveller on your test day than snow. Quid to a penny the examiner has seen every !!!! up in the book under these conditions, get it 1/2 right and you've won:T, ;)
I like the thanks button, but ,please, an I agree button.

Will the grammar and spelling police respect I do make grammatical errors, and have carp spelling, no need to remind me.;)

Always expect the unexpected:eek:and then you won't be dissapointed

Tests are often not conducted in snow conditions, especially if the road markings are not clearly visible.

:j:jFair enough, but I do know many are, but what if icy Carlsberg did tests? probably the best tests in the world;)
Point I was making is that snow and ice is a real leveller in almost all aspects, bring on winter :j:j:j

  • I can't believe it, seems prediction is for light snow tomorrow morning, just have to hope it's cleared by mid morning but my hopes are not high.
Will call them at 8am and see what happens - guess I'll have to rejoin the queue for several weeks otherwise, wonder if I lose my test fee too!

Thanks all, I called them but they say I will get an e-mail soon with the new date, couldn't tell me on the phone as my actual centre doesn't deal with the dates. Grrr. Then instructor is calling and saying he can't do next Thurs/Fri, but I'm a priority, double grrrr....
Managed to make it to work today at least, plus snow is lstarting to thaw, just want to get a nice sunny day with lots of calm, maybe closer to Xmas is better as more people won't be at work and will be staying in to keep warm...

    Hi all,

Just a quick hello to say that after my test of 30th Sep, I have finally got my 2nd test tomorrow morning - believe it or not that's the earliest I could get since the canceled one on 1st Dec.

Anyway, I feel relatively calm and just wondered what you lovely folk would recommend for any final tips?
