I called this morning and got the deal. It is available till Thursday. I was told though that it is a 'new number' deal so you cant transfer existing mobile number.0

I was told that it is for new customers only but I can port my number over at anytime in the future, she specified there is no time limit.0 -
I got a price for a Desire last week from T-Mobile that wasn't much better than on the website. Does anyone know if they are likely to offer any better phone deals when this sim deal is on e.g. last week's phone deal dropping by £7.50 to reflect the sim saving? Thanks for any advice.0

Apologies if I'm being a bit thick here but if I sign up for this T-mobile deal, does the contract start straight away or can I delay it a while? ie. Will the contract only start once I put the SIM in and activate it?
The reason I'm asking is - I signed up for the Tesco £10 pm deal only 3 days ago, thinking it would buy me some time until the T-mobile deal came up again (I wasn't expecting it to come up again so quickly!) so I'm already paid up for this month. Also, I'm not sure now how much notice Tesco needs - it may be I have to give them a full month's notice, which would mean I have to pay £10 for next month as well.
All help appreciatedI would love to be lazy but can't find the time:exclamati0 -
You could ring up and ask if they would delay the start date but I doubt they would. The contracts usually start either the day or day after ordering.0

If you bought it online or via the phone you might have a cooling off period where you can cancel it straight away.0 -
