Had a nice day out today, took DD2 to a large inflatable session this morning and chilled and had coffee with a friend. Saw inlaws, had lunch out (not paid for by me :D) and bought a couple of xmas presents in the half price sale at Sains. Also bought two for birthday pressies for DD2's school friends as the parties arise.

So the weekend has seen me start Weight Watchers. I have decided that the extra stone that has crept on over the last year just isn't going to creep off again, so I have joined the online side of WW. £28 for three months but there was cashback of £30 so if it tracks then free :D. If not I'll save that money by not buying wine and rubbish at the shop with any luck.

I've also booked our panto tickets this afternoon. We didn't go last year as we were skint, so this year instead of leaving it and leaving it I've just booked them!

Good luck with WW, my healthy eating regime starts today as well but I'm just doing it on my own. Hope the cashback does track for you, that would be great news :D

What panto are you seeing?? I never really got into pantos so it's not something I did with my DDs. We used to go on a 'Santa Special' train ride each year with North Yorkshire Moors Railway, I do miss that as it was a lovely atmosphere & the kids got to meet Santa & were given a present. Anyway, hope you all have a lovely time at the panto when you go.

How is the job going?? Are you still hating it?? Hope it's not too bad.

Well the cashback has tracked at £33 and I paid £28 so a potential profit for going on a diet :j.

We'll be seeing jack and the Beanstalk, which is one I don't think I've ever seen in panto before so will be lovely.

I've just had a week off from the job so it's been fine lol. We'll see, I'm biting my tongue and looking around at the same time for now.

Thanks, it's only recently that I'm realising that savings are just as important as OPing and they both almost amount to the same end figure unless you need to spend the savings.

Well it's the start of another month today. The total we owe the world has reduced by £401.54 in October which is above the average we have been keeping, and I'm very happy with that as we've bought xmas pressies, panto tickets and it all affects the figures.

I only need to make the OP of £50.42 to start next month on exactly £78,000 which will be a good starting point for my ten year plan.
