Regardless of how you put it, its still not a pay rise. Its the same amount of holiday regardless of when you take it - your not tricking the system in any way. If you were you would be getting more holidays for you pay grade
its no trick . what you do is reduce your time worked between your holidays from 11 months to 10 months when averaged out through a year0 -

But you still don't have any more holidays than anyone else or work any less in a 12 month period or get paud any more so I fail understand your point.
Whether you take the month off in Month 1, Month 6 or Month 12 is irrelevant. You are still taking 1 month off in a 12 month period for the same amount of money0 -

this is how the years play out employee 1 always works 11 months before holidays while employee 2 works 10 months between his holiday
