Why won't you listen? People don't work 11 months then take all of the holidays they have accrued all at once, they take them throughout the year as and when wanted/needed.0 -
But after 12 years you are back to the start with taking January one year and January the next and in that time you have had 12 months off, same as everybody else.
And you have been taking a month off because of this wrong info instead of the actual month you wanted off each year, well done.
This is !!!!!!, but i have enjoyed it, keep it up mumbles0 -

Will comment no further until you establish exactly what it is that the strategy is trying to achieve.
the strategy is trying to discover the optimum time to take holidays so that you work a minimum number of days between holidays . The aim is to reduce the number of months between holidays to 10 instead of the accepted 11.
the strategy is just an example to let you see that taking holidays slightly earlier reduces the work period between holidays and you get paid the same.0 -
Why not take off December one year, and January the next year? Do the same thing the year after
.
Two months holiday every time.
this is the strategy.Hope over Fear. #VoteYes0 -

because its not sustainable and too long between holidays . The aim is 10 months between holidays over a 12 month period (or 2 periods of 5 months if you can't wait and take a whole month)0 -

I am still waiting on Jimmy the Wig to comment on the strategy.
here it is again......
Lets suppose you only get 1 day per year holiday and you plan to stay with that company for 60 years .
what is the best strategy to take the one day per year???
is it best to take your day on 31/12 every year ???
or is it better to take your day earlier every year???
by about 6 days earlier would be my guess.
What's your guess???0 -
