Why not combine strategies and create just one SUPER STRATEGY?

Lets suppose you only get 1 day per year holiday and you plan to stay with that company for 60 years .
what is the best strategy to take the one day per year???
is it best to take your day on 31/12 every year ???
or is it better to take your day earlier every year???
by about 6 days earlier would be my guess.
What's your guess???

So by 6 days earlier you mean, you start work on a Monday, then the next week you start on a Tuesday?

so you start your holidays an average of 6 days earlier every year this reduces the number of days between holidays to 358 . This strategy is better than working 364 days and taking day 365 every year. it has a small advantage , but still an advantage. If you can apply it using all your holidays you get better return.

now we are getting somewhere.

So do we all take the same day off? I mean, I don't want to get into trouble for this.

Sucks we're only getting 1 day off next year; I was planning a trip to Barbados. Guess I'll have to spend a day every weekend there. For 14 weeks. Paid for it in full, doubt I can get a refund.
