you can't use them online so you have to get to a store to be able to a get a guide and use the voucher.

I doubt the real executives do. If any do they will be 'account executives' or 'e-commerce executives' which is just a fancy name some companies give to 16-21 year old juniors so they sound important when talking to customers or clients.

AKA 'Telephone operators' all these 'executives' do is answer the phone to customers and then tell customers generic rubbish and if the customer complains about the quality of the response then they might be put on to a real manager.

The brochures have reappeared in my local store in a custom display of about 50 right next to the entrance. On one side are racks of rather tacky stocking fillers from £1 to £5 (although the £5 headphones and mini car didn't look too bad - but still overpriced) and on the other 'any three battery packs for £5'. Presumably, they bought in these very cheap looking gifts as they must generate more profit than kettles, sandwich makers etc. and they are hoping to recoup some of their voucher losses.
