One of those is already taken, I can't remember which one. They have changed the offer so you can only get the voucher emailed to you. Earlier they would let you print it off there and then so we got about 8 vouchers.
  • I applied for a voucher and it gave me a screen saying to check my cookies were enables and to click on the link.
Strange as my cookies are enabled. I haven't seen that screen before, anyone else?

Yes, you can "click and collect" (reserve item online) and then use the voucher instore when you pay.

In theory you can also claim cashback (Quidco \ Topcashback) if you reserve for store pickup. Having said that none of mine have tracked so maybe not - but worth a try?

  • Just tried to use my voucher and was told the number had already been used! I know for a fact that it has not been used so must be giving out duplicate vouchers. have sent an email to Currys

Could be many reasons...someone has guessed the voucher code, someone has just noted the voucher code in store at PCW without taking brochure, etc.

Good luck with your escalation to Currys but, if I were you, I wouldn't hope for a good response from them....their T&Cs are very clear now.:)

I think he means its the actually physical printed voucher that has been used, rather than the brochure code.

Okay and, if correct, my original posting still stands up :

'Could be many reasons...someone has guessed the voucher code, someone has just noted the voucher code in store at PCW without taking brochure', someone has used your postal address, someone else in your household has requested/used a voucher, etc.

'Good luck with your escalation to Currys but, if I were you, I wouldn't hope for a good response from them....their T&Cs are very clear now.'

I'm afraid that the individual has just been unlucky.:)
  • Still waiting for them to email me my voucher. originally applied over a week ago. requested it again a couple of days ago and still nothing. Can see a never ending circle developing with their "if you do not receive it, log in and request again" thing. bah!
