I think the 15% voucher is disguisting too. I phoned up on friday and was told tghis and i said to the lady that the cake mixes were worth £45-£50 aprox so how can 15% off be a suitable alternative? I sent in 2 forms one for my mum and one for me and that means for nearly £40 spent i should have had nearly 2 betty crocker supplies.
IF i spent the 15% voucher received i said i would have to spend £700 to get the same value!!!!!!
like i would but this was to stress the point and our case, the lady seemed not apologetic but said that tefal were doing ME a favour as they didnt have to offer an alternative at all as it said whilst stiocks last.

Again i think this is disguisting treatment! I said to about it being 28 days for delivery of the mix which should have meant BEFORE XMAS! But they go deaf at this point.

I got in touch with my local John Lewis and their kitchenwares manager rang me back and said they would give me a refund on the tins as i havent used them and they would they sell them. I expalined one is sealed in cellophane and one isnt.

So this is siomething but i have had to do all the cahsing and i will have to pay petrol and parking to return these as its not local TEFAL havent made any effort to put this right and i am still angry and want to take this further as i havent broke even after the phone calls and time etc, i just thank god that this want a present for somene as others have said they were doing!

But i did mention it to friends and family to do as a great deal so i hope they didnt listen to me and left this offer well alone!

I just called and was told letters will be sent to everyone explaining that there are no 'allocated' stocks left. She said it was a promotion run by their marketing department ans she did not know how many items there were available. I comented that it was a very underhanded marketing play and rather than the T & C saying "Claim a year's supply of baking mix" - it should have said "Send off your details and the first ? applicants will receive the baking mix" . She said she will pass on my comments and gave her apologies. I explained her apologies were not good enough when my son has been waiting each day for the postman to bring the remainder of his Xmas present. I will email John Lewis for their opinion.
  • I had phoned last week chasing my cookie mix and was told it was on its way. Called again today and they have no record of my call and are looking into situation for me. Im certain I will not receive offer, shame as was looking forward to getting this children love them.

Thanks for the number for customer relations.

I too am getting 15% off voucher for other tefal products.
Not much use as I only ordered the brownie tin for the brownie mixes
And as I had to damage the packaging and send in the receipt I can't return it either.

    Am hugely unimpressed.
  • Does anyone have an address for Tefal for this offer? I'm definitely going to write in and copy it to John Lewis customer services. Very shoddy all round.

Can someone copy an email that they are sending for me as I'm rubbish with words and I want to complain. I was so looking forward to receiving my cake mixes :(

Myself and my neighbour are another 2 on the voucher list :( i will write and I won't be buying Tefal products again! why offer so much of the free product if they didn't have much in the 1st place? Also what about the postage we all paid and the fact that so much time has elapsed, surely we deserved a letter a bit earlier than this... Grrr
