Telephone number: 01753 713000 ask for customer relations. They have a list of betty crocker orders being processed and they can check for you. I called up and *Thankfully* I am on it so the lady said to allow some more time for delivery but it is being processed. Might be useful to call and check?

Hi oh thank you so much, im on hold with them now lets hope its good news

Just spoken to nice lady at tefal and i am on the list but stocks have now run out. She said they are sending out a 15% off voucher for those who missed out.
Bit of a difference between a 15% off 1 pack and a years supply!!!!!!!!
They might as well save the cost of the postage on the voucher and not bother.
She did say that 'only while stocks last' was stated in the terms and conditions.
So those who haven't got the parcel delivered - don't hold your breath!
  • Just called Tefal & I'm also on the 15% voucher list. Its a 15% voucher off any Tefal product - not off a cake mix.

This is so disappointing. The baking tin cost about £16.50 - which I didn't need to spend at all as I have perfectly good baking tins. I bought the tin for the offer - and I believed the offer would be run fairly as Tefal is a good name and the promotion was run through John Lewis & Waitrose. For me, 'it does say while stocks last, we are doing you a favour by sending you a 15% voucher' really isn't good enough. When I get the voucher I shall complain to John Lewis / Waitrose, as I wouldn't think they want their good name damaged by involvement in customer cons - which, IMHO, is what this is.

what a joke!! we were supposed to get them within 28 days & people have only just started receiving them & now they've told you you'll get a voucher!!! if they send me a 15% off voucher i will be complaining as they have had long enough to get these orders sorted

I will be really cross if this does not arrive - only bought the tray to get the cookie mix. Certianly would never normally spend that much on a tray. Do we know when the offer started ? Sales had to be before 1st Dec.
Only while stocks last is not a good enough get out clause - they maybe allocated only 10 sets? Will def complain to John Lewis.
  • Is there an email address we can complain to?
