  • Morning all

Just at work trying to read back (will take all morning)

Loving the pics and labour vibes to those in need x

Went out to do a bit more baby shopping yesterday and ending up purchasing the Tommee Tippee microvave steriliser and newborn starter bottle set in Asda as was half price.
I used Avent with DS and DD but thought I would give these a go as they seem to be recommended for weaning from breast to bottle (hopefully I may be slightly more successful with the breast feeding this time :o)

2 weeks till my 20 week scan so counting down the days now ;)

    anyone heard from MI3 yet?

This is my last 5 day working week :j

Been full of aches and pains this weekend - feels like bubs is giving me his/her very own smear test this morning  - very uncomfortable activity on my cervix.

Sammy - did you pick a carpet?

re: the damp - OH reckons we have a leaking gutter outside bubs room so he is 'getting someone in' to have a look (translated means he'll do nothing til i threaten to get up a ladder myself, then he'll get one of his odd job mates round )

    Hope you are all well.xx

Yay for not working 5 day weeks Dusty...you will feel such a difference I can assure you hehe xxxx

    Morning Ladies

Today is the day I absolutely have to tell my boss! Must stop putting it off and just get it over and done with!

On a better note just ordered some lovely sleepsuits from the Next sale £6.50 for 3 and free delivery. I ordered in pink and blue and will ebay the other set depending on the sex of bubs. Got myself some maternity jeans as well as Im currently wearing the same pair of jeans every day as they are quite stretchy but not sure how much longer they will last.

Hope everyone is well - can't remember anything I have read except Happy Due Date Chakani!

I bet telling your boss won't be as bad as you think. I was the same with DD, and they were so pleased and couldn't believe I was scared of em! :D

    Good bargains! :money::T

    Have we heard from flower72?
Hi Gizmodo, thanks for asking about me.
Not been the thread much but still around...
I thought, I was in labour last Saturday but after some 3 hours of intense (and rather painfull at their picks) contractions lasting 40-45 seconds, everything returned to the usual period pain/ cramping... Disappointing. :o
I am now EDD+10days. Enforced eviction will take place this Wednesday. So whatever happens, I should get to so my wee baby by Thursday at the latest :D
Still hoping it'll come naturaly as my heart and head were set on labour and delivery in birthing pool with gas and air...
Oh well, such is life :)
A lot has been happening this weekend for so many of you.
Good labour vibes to all who wants them.

Im having a rubbish morning already. OH's car is in the garage after the suspension went last Monday. I had to walk all last week and he took my car. God knows how much it will cost.
Ive just looked out the MOT etc for my car to tax it, and noticed the MOT was up on the 29th of Jan :( I know it needs tyres and possibly the brakes looked at. So thats 2 cars needing sorted and car tax all due asap.

plus we have to pay the rent before tomorrow and the huge electicity and gas direct debits.

i feel sick with it all. ive only got enough to pay for the tax and my half of the gas etc which means OH will have to pay for the rest. I feel really bad that I cant contribute more.

Thanks god feb is a short month. looks like we will be eating pasta for a month.
