    the more you take it the less effect itll have later on so you have to wait till the contractions are like beyond painful before starting to use it - looking back i couldve held on a bit longer and shouldve as towards the end it wasnt helping at all if that makes sense
    I, not events, have the power to make me happy or unhappy today. I can choose which it shall be. Yesterday is dead, tomorrow hasn't arrived yet. I have just one day, today, and I'm going to be happy in it.

    yeah and when she was like "oh I thought I was making lots of noise" lol she was all controlled and made it look really easy :rotfl:

    right ladies - last night I didnt get to sleep until 4am!!! so Im off to go get a nice relaxing bath and hopefully get an earlier night

    Also Braxton Hicks are awful! didnt have any with my first but this time Im getting loads and they are really uncomfortable!

    Well we started ttc when Lily was 6wks, but i had 50ish day cycles :(

    Fairyshazza, I got the Mamas and Papas Ultima - not for the weak/petit mummy but I love it.

    Been drumming tonight. Bubs hardly moved but s/he's making up for it now. OBEM tomorrow for me.
