I've had a good, if exhausting couple of days. It's been really nice. But not so nice being woken up at 2am this morning by noises coming from my kitchen. Went to investigate, and my dog had worked his way into my kitchen bin to fish out the turkey skin :eek::eek: along with all the rubbish that was on top of it. He has never ever ever ever been in the kitchen bin - so that must have been some yummy turkey skin :rotfl:

Happy Birthday Sammy girl!!

OH has been out and bought a 37 inch TV in the sales. It looks huge! So glad I talked him down from buying a 42 inch one, it would have dwarfed our front room. I am now searching for the best deal on a 6kg load tumble dryer, so far its £119.99 at argos for a white knight vented dryer.

I finished the last of the wedding cake last night.... may need to make some more lol.

Bit worried here ladies. And i'm probably being irrational but bubs not really moved much the last couple of days. I've had some wine over the festive season and wasn't sure if it was to do with that. I've abstained throughout the pregnancy but had 3 glasses on Christmas day and probably more yesterday. It was only Lambrini (I'm a Lambrini girl! ) but still worried me. Thoughts? I've made my baby drunk? I'm a crazy moo and bubs will move when he's ready?

Charlie - I had a drink on my wedding day and it was the first of this pregnancy (but it was JD and lemonade as I dont like wine) bubs didnt really move the next day, but the day after was kicking very well. I just decided that the alcohol must have made bubs sleepy. If you are worried give your MW or labour ward a ring

Thanks Tickle. I was mega worried until I just turned to my left suddenly and bubs gave me one almighty thump! I think it's pay back time!

Due to see midwife in a week or so so i'll monitor this for a day and then call tomorrow if still no regular change. Baby was mega active Christmas day and then hardly anything Christmas night and boxing day. I guess we all need our rest at some point!
