Oh I thought someone said last week they have stopped giving Gaviscon on free prescription? Or maybe I picked it up wrong or imagined it LOL!

I've been prescribed some recently so give it a go - I just asked for it and got it.

No CD. I honestly can't imagine listening to a CD doing it...but should I try and get hold of it? I don't know what to do. I really wanted to be listening to my own music. But if you think it'd be beneficial then I'll give the CD a go.

I have the three CDs that come with the Mongan book if you want me to copy them and send them to you? (If that's not breaching privacy?)

Twoflower - hope you're feeling a little brighter today. You may have missed my post before but a friend of mine lost her husband when he was 29 and they'd been married 5 weeks - she found a lot of help and support on the Merry Widow website: http://www.merrywidow.me.uk/ My thoughts and prayers are with you.

    Emsy
    - congratulations! Poor you with that labour!

If you type MSE into the search bar at the top of the page, it should suggest the group for you so you can just click on it and it'll take you there :)

  • Congratulations Emsy on baby James...84 hour labour?? Blimey what a marathon, but I'm sure he's utterly worth every minute :)

Also congrats to MERFE..can't remember if I said congrats already..brain-fuddle :o

  • Twoflower - I am so glad that you are using this thread to share, there is always someone here to listen so don't ever feel like you can't come to us. We cannot imagine what you are going through but we are here with HUGS and words of kindness whenever you need them.

Well done Emsy and Pukkamum - cannot wait for the pics

thanks for the advice re: prams ladies, we are going back to look at the Zoom this weekend and as long as it fits in the boot it's a goer - with colourful footmuffs from the Sola range - thanks for the tip Fairy Shazza

Giz - well done on your insult :o. I was on a speed awareness course last night (naughty me!) and I was getting strong shooting pains around the right hand side of my ribs. I was sat there rubbin it and the instructor stopped to ask me if I was ok and said he hoped I didn't go into labour there and then! - It is the first time someone has commented on me being pg without asking me first, I was quite chuffed.

I hope MSE Andrea has got round all the other boards and reminded them.

I didn't understand the bit about the spam button, can anyone enlighten me??

Me too - it worried me it was only *us*

There is a spam button by the thanks one etc, I presume she meant "dont use this just coz you dont like someone or what someone has said but go through the proper abuse chanels" - does that make sense?

I have to admit I have hit it a couple of times on this thread in error when I've been reading on my phone and then havent known what to do about it :o:o:o

I wonder if its related to "lockdown" - am I allowed to say that?

Congratulations emsywoo! Glad it all worked out it the end.

Came here to have a rant, but twoflower's post has put things in perspective for me. I can't even begin to understand how you feel. I will stop complaining about my MIL and try to sort things out. My thoughts are with you twoflower.

Ejecoms, rant away, it's good to let things out, and there is space for us all here.

Emsy, congratulations! I really like the name James, but it doesn't go with the surname, so I wasn't allowed it on the list.

Sammy, green? Eww! Worth getting it looked at if you're not happy. I have had bright yellow, and yellowy clear, but not green. Colostrum is very yellow btw.
