It still seems strange that it's marked as refused though... maybe he changed his mind but didn't want to own up in case I wouldn't give him a refund?Oh that's really good news about the guitar hero 2 at least he didn't keep it.... perhaps he was more honest than anyone gave him credit for. Have you checked his feedback to see if he bought one off another seller for less? Just wondering if he managed to buy it cheaper and thought he could get away with just refusing delivery and saying it hadn't arrived.
