Morning all
Last night i went to a band audition... yea I know I know I've already been offered a place in another band which I really want to do but I thought I'd go along to this other one for a bit of fun and to get back in the mood.. lol. It was a good laugh actually... the guitarist was 15 but so up his own a*se thinking he was gods gift to the guitar that he could see daylight... The drummer was really nice but stank of weed and the singer didn't sing anything all evening! lol! Either way it was a good laugh and I really enjoyed it.
K was SERIOUSLY grumpy yesterday. Not sure if it's her teeth or what but she was basically crying and whinging all day. We ended up giving her calpol as she was refusing to sleep which really wasn't helping the situation either. She's much better today and only woke up once for her dummy last night and didn't have a bottle til 7 this morning from about 11. Clever girl... more of that please K! You're 5 months old already!!!!!
Have got to look at the money again today to work out what's what after the weekend and sofa-buying-incident. lol. Good news is that tax credits are paying us £4 extra on weds because we changed the bank details..lol. Bizarre... Oh and I updated our meter reading with scottish power online today and we only used £20 worth of electric and £9 worth of gas last month... so we're £55 in creditSweet...
We've got £58.37 in paypal already with 5 people still to pay....I love ebay... Obviously we've had to pay ebay fees which were £11.37  and to send the stuff which will come to justunder £20... but it's still not a bad profit....

IA, You're doing so well with the debt! Glad you had a laugh at the audition.
Don't know what the weather was like round you yesterday but when my neices were babies, they'd be grumpy and grissly for a day or so before a thrunderstorm! Nowadays, they just get headaches from them. If K's suffering with her teeth, then take whatever comfort from knowing it won't last forever (though it might feel like it:rotfl: )

Hi Sarah
Can I just say that you have 2 totally stunning girls, just like their mum :T
They both look very happy, and what an amazing mum you are by getting the debt cleared before they are ever old enough to realise the meaning of money and that it is tight at the moment. I take my hat off to you.:A0 -
I think I've discovered my spending money weakness..... took £20 out of the savings so I could post the ebay stuff (plus I forgot 2 of them I needed to send), spent £10 something on posting stuff and came home with £1.14 in my purse! In my defence I bought veg for dinner tonight, milk and bread, but the rest was spent on stuff for Ashli including a magazine because it had a slide whistle toy with it and a farmer playset because it was reduced to £2.50.....oh and a drink for her because merry hell would've broken loose if she didn't have it..
