OMG you're brave! Does the £150 come out of your sponsor money of do you pay it upfront? My friends dad did one and I'm pretty sure he didn't have to pay anything but had to have at least a certain amount in sponsors to make it worthwhile doing.

I'm glad ste's new job is going well and the girls are sleeping better. I always think you can handle anything they throw at you during the day as long as you get sleep at night (saying this after having a son, now 7 who didn't sleep all night until he was 2).

Sorry if I've missed it but did you hear anything about the pension your mum had? I'm keeping my fingers crossed that helps you out a bit.

Have looked into a few and the free ones you have to earn at least £350 in sponsors but then only about £100 goes to the actually charity so I'm going to save up to pay for it myself and then give all the money I raise straight to the cancer research.

Ash is doing much better but last night K woke up loads of times as well as deciding she wouldn't sleep unless she had a bottle at 3am........ Then she wouldn't go back to sleep after she woke up about 5.30... argh!!!!!

Haven't heard anything yet but then again my brother is in some foreign country on holiday so I won't hear anything til he gets back.

I think the skydive is a brilliant idea - it's one of the things on my list of stuff I want to do! £150 isn't too bad though (and completely agree with you that it's better to save up to do the jump so all the sponser money goes to the charity)

WELL DONE YOU, what a true insparation you are to us all. clearing all your debts AND raising lots of money for charity :T, oh and for taking the time and effort to restore that poor and neglected guitar that would have ended up on a landfill. I really don't know where you get the energy from.

When is your race for life now? cant remember  and have you managed to get in a bit of training now?

I really hope that ste is still really enjoying his job and I have to say he looked very smart in his photo :j I bet you are proud of him. changing jobs can be scary stuff.

    Hi IA

Just had a quick catch up glad to see things are well. I love the part of you going in a band. I used to roadie with a band 12 years ago lol i was only 16 did it for 12 months and loved the life it was buzzing. My dads oldest friend was the lead singer. Band, Guns and oatcakes :rotfl: the lead singers brother played with saxon and did 2 world tours with them. Infact i haven't spoke to them in years and i have the urge to send email next job to do today. God the memories are all flooding back i loved it.
Oh well you take care missus and well done at getting all those debts off! you have done fab x
You can touch the dust but please don't write in it !

Would you like to speak to the man in charge, or the woman who knows whats happening?

Oh that's really good news about the guitar hero 2 at least he didn't keep it.... perhaps he was more honest than anyone gave him credit for. I know that I thought he was a ebay scammer!!
