Hi Immoral_Angel - do you find that CDs sell that well on ebay? I put up about 11 a couple of weeks ago and sold 5. Is that usual? I've got a huge stack of classical CDs to put up but I'm wondering whether it's worth it...!0

Hi
Don't forget to check on Amazon to see what you can get for them too (after all fees etc deducted) and compare to Ebay.

Gosh - I've been away for a week or so (at my mum and dad's) and come back to 20 WHOLE PAGES of IA to catch up on - I've just spent a very happy hour reading through it all.
Glad Ste's job is going well and the girls are good too - they're soo cute - loved the piccie of Ash in bed!
Fab to hear about the band - sounds exciting! And love the hair - wish mine would grow that long - if mine gets longer than jaw-length it just goes straggly!

Morning all
Was a bit naughty yesterday and treated us to beer with the extra money we'd saved.... *blush* Still managed to save £1.46 though... lol. The girls weren't too bad last night. We didn't hear a peep out of Ash but K woke up for a bottle about 2ish but she didn't wake up before that so I'll let her off. lol
Also got a bit of extra good news.. I called up barclaycard to make sure they weren't going to mess up the DD again this month and apparently the minimum payment this month is only going to be £8 as apparently there's been a refund on it of £13 and refunds are taken as payment? Either way it's all good and means a bit more saved for next month to get Citi paid off
Ebay update.... 5 items are selling already with a total amount of £5 something.not bad considering they don't finish til sunday!! Nearly enough to pay the ebay fees... :rotfl:
going to work on the backing track to Abba today and get that down and sorted. The band that I might be in also needed a drummer so Ste's going to be in it as well.. talk about keeping it in the family.. lol.

Oooh, I'd missed the bit about the band (don't know how, seeing as I read your diary every day!!), that's great news. When you play your first gig, we will have to have a dfw night out to come and watch you!
Yes, Barclaycard are telling the truth, the refund WILL be classed as a payment. If you have a minimum payment direct debit set up, sometimes it can still take the full minimum payment though, depending on when in the month the refund happened."I wasn't wrong, I just wasn't right enough.":smileyhea97800072589250 -
Well the clothes are gone and I'm sat here £2.70 richer... :rotfl:

I have been missing a few days again and I totally forgot about Ste's new job starting this week. Sorry I would have sent good luck vibes but he didn't need them of course. Glad he is enjoying it so far - sounds a lot cushier than HMV, I bet he was on his feet all day there. He really looked so smart in his photo. Way to go on all you have been achieving lately, it really feels like that snowball is rolling now!!! SO much good news that you all rightly deserve. :T0

Hi IA
I was just looking at your sig, and it looks like you could pay off Ste Citi completely if you wanted to. What are you going to do? Are you going to build it up so you have a few quid emergency savings before you pay it off, or is that one not the one you're aiming at right now?
Dear heaven, what am I like? A true debt nerd. I really must get a number.........2023: the year I get to buy a car0
