Hmmm, there's quite a few musos on here though... I'm thinking a virtual band... I sing, plus can play piano/keyboards, flute, tiny bit of sax, steel pans, djembe and about 2 chords on the guitar (not that I own most of hese instruments unfortunately!) If everyone recorded their section of a song as a wav file I could put them together as a podcast...
I forgot to say earlier that I sing as well - classically trained dontcha know! Very shy though!PigginSkint's debt free diary

Looking at this months SOA , is there a reason why you have L&G down twice? Looks good otherwise. I would imagine the extra is holidays that Steve couldn't take. All sounds good tho.. Whats the Gig you are going to, anything exciting?"We are what we eat. Which makes me cheap and fast"

Hi Sar, CONGRATS on STE's PAY!!!!!! WWWWWWWOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHOOOOOOOO
think i am as excited as you about it. Bet it is holiday owed. :T
Hope your day continues as great as it has started - I think you have everything all sorted with regard to your new budgets, you have adapted wonderfully. well done you, you should be so proud of yourselves0 -
There is a bit of good news for you with ste getting paid more than expected and here was you trying to make a emergency pot for any decifit in wages due to ste in changing jobs. That gives you a little bit more to work with over the next few months.
I bet your annoyed with paypal...  a lot of people these days have been ripped of by paypal and have used other online payment options such as nochex.
Like they say though there is always light at the end of the tunnel. The end of the month is usually a good time for a lot of people on monthly pay (like myself) that most people either get paid like on the last day or the last friday for example.Had £80,000 in Savings - All GONE!!! Fab news on the pay IA, well done Ste (obviously working his little cotton socks off bless him)!
Can I be back up singer? I looooove Abba (shouldn't really admit that when I'm only 22 eh?) - can you imagine if we got to number 1? The royalties would kick our debt once and for all! Is this the best MSE idea ever... it just might be!2007 Bronze Olympic Challenge: Total £1057.34 :jDFW Nerd 269: Proud To Be Dealing With My Debts0 -
Love the piccies of you having your hair done! Very glam! I play piano and trumpet if you need it in your band. Only problem is I have low blood pressure so tend to faint if I hold a note on the trumpet too long....could be a gimmick! xxJanuary budget

I love the song! I went to see Mamma Mia a few weeks ago, my mum treated me and my sister when she was down here, I think it'd be great. Get it on youtube - it might be the first official link to youtube on the mse home page!
And IA, congrats on the money situation this month - you really are storming ahead, its great. I think you have the car loan after these, is that right? But I wonder if you're starting to think about what life will be like after paying off your debts - I'm just wishing it closer for you, I suppose. Have a good day - get practising on that Abba melody too!2023: the year I get to buy a car0
