Congrats IA on hopefully paying off the Citi card!!! Thats truly fab. I completly forgot today was payday!!! (Yep I am !!!!!! today) I wish I was going straight home to have a fiddle with my banking but I am going to a friends house for dinner.

Meant to say that OH and DS1 were in Stafford yesterday at the Stafford Uni open day. DS really likes the course there but not sure what it would be like to live there for 4 years, I would like it because it has some of the cheapest uni accomodation in the country and we want to contribute to his costs as much as possible. He would love to go to a London uni (he's seen a couple already) but it looks like Manchester and the big cities are in easy reach. Is this right?Debtfree JUNE 2008 - Thank you MSE:T0

I went to uni at Stafford - it's not bad, especially if you are doing computing. Takes an hour on the train to Manchester, 40 minutes to Brum. Nightlife could be better, but I manage to go out and have a decent time most weeks...0
