He has the game. Who puts in a claim after 6 days? Everyone allows a time for things to turn up. He also knows you can't prove it, bloody scamming piece of crap! You do have proof of postage though so you should be able to claim something via the post office. I hate that paypal side with the buyer right away, actually it was the buyers responsibility to pay for the insured postage not yours. You have proof of postage which is good enough. Trouble is paypal don't see it this way. I would contact paypal though and say you are happy to send the proof to them, as the buyer didn't pay for insured postage you won't be held responsible for loss in the post.:A

I'm not sure if I would dare have a tattoo, I'd be scared it would hurt too much! I love the idea of the pentagram, and I did think about a four leaf clover to represent the four of us, but I'd want it somewhere it wouldn't show, and those 'areas' tend to be a bit sensitive lol.
After giving birth, I think a tattoo would be easy Snaggles!!
I have one in the middle of my back, a celtic tresilisk (bad spelling, can't think how it is spelt!) .
The only way I can describe the feeling is gently scratch the skin on the back of your hand. Doesn't hurt, but after 10 minutes or so it's just a bit 'annoying' Some parts hurt more though apparently."Stay Wonky":D

he's said that he's going to wait 14 days to see if it turns up. *sigh*
Thanks to my great big balls up and the paypal fiasco we're only going to be able to pay £633.21 off barclaycard. God I just want to cry...Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

He's going to wait although paypal have already refunded him? I don't understand? Has Paypal taken the money already - and if so - why? If he's now going to wait, then surely the money should be with you? I'm sorry that I@m confused - one of those days!!
I know it's annoying about the money - I guess at least your debt has gone down a litt le anyway as that's still money off the bcard and citi as well!!CCCS DMP:Feb 07

Come on Sar, chin up. I know you wanted to pay off barclaycard by the end of this month, but bloody hell girl, £633 is a hell of an achievement, on top of all of your other expenses. Give yourself a break. You've had extra expenses for the childminding, extra kid related expenses and stag/hen nights plus wedding. So you pay of barclaycard a week or so later, is that really so bad? Stop for a second and think about what you have done rather than what hasn't happened.
Paypal isn't all lost yet, fight it tooth and nail with them. As I said, make him liable for not paying for insured post. One of my paypal claims was thrown out on this basis, another was split 50/50. I don't think there is any reasoning behind their decision, but don't give up.:A

well my balance shows as -£74 but he's asking me to process his refund.. I'm presuming paypal are acting as though the money is still in my account so I need to put money in it to be able to pay him back.Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

So what? It's £600+ less accruing interest - if you set yourself near-impossibly hard targets your going to miss a few. You need a budget that can last long term and the whole Barclaycard was a little unrealistic - accepting things go wrong etc. is part of the long-term plan/journey you're making.
You do have the buyers address though - offer to send your husband's friends round to ask the neighbours if they saw a delivery attempt.... to be honest it sounds like a fast one - people no with no recorded delivery you can't prove and they can get their money back and keep the stuff.... I'd report it to his local police and ebay/paypal too as may have done it before, and will probably again0 -
I know it's still £600+ and £118 off citi but we would've been able to pay off barclaycard COMPLETELY if things hadn't gone wrong. I know it's still a great achievement BUT it just proves that as soon as things start looking up for us something comes along to kick us right back down again.Total 'Failed Business' Debt £29,043

Is the citi account still active as normal? If it is, will they let u BT the last little bit of barclaycard over? How much is left to pay off barclaycard?
